Founder & CEO
Reza Bijani founded Heritage Development and leads it as CEO. His approach is captured in the line that guides the whole company: building homes, not houses. For Reza, that means resisting features added for impression and asking, at every stage of design, whether a decision truly serves the person who will live there. He stays close to the work, to clients, to the site and to the craft, in the belief that the strongest developments are the ones built to hold their value long after handover.
Alongside Reza, the Heritage team brings together design, delivery, strategy and client care.
